Go on a culinary journey with our cooks
In the ranks of the Stamtish Brigade: Fatema, Hossein, Ahmadzai, Nadia, Daji, Nana, Hussam .... Originally from Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Georgia or Morocco. They share the passion for cooking, and the desire to integrate professionally and socially.
Whether they are professional or amateur cooks, our most important objective is to accompany them in their culinary project and support them in the path to achieving it: professional training, opening of restaurants, cooking workshops with children or integration into a restaurant brigade.

Il a participé au Refugee Food Festival en 2021.
Il a obtenu son CQP Commis de Cuisine en 2021.
Il est aujourd'hui auto-entrepreneur avec son auto-entreprise Strasmous et travaille à The People Hostel depuis 2023.

Patricia est fraîchement diplômée d'un CAP Cuisine. Elle travaille en tant que saisonnière au Blue Flamingo pour la saison estivale 2023.

Nazira a rejoint la brigade en 2021, où elle a soutenu Stamtish lors de la production alimentaire pour les afghan.e.s nouvellement arrivé.e.s.
Elle a obtenu son CQP Commis de cuisine en 2021, et travaille actuellement à Emmaüs Mudolsheim.

Participante au Refugee Food Festival en 2023, elle est passionnée par la pâtisserie.
Yaprak est titulaire d'un diplôme
en pâtisserie française.
Maher
Participant au Refugee Food Festival à Marseille en 2022, Maher a également participé à l'édition 2023 à Strasbourg.
Il a participé aux côtés de Koy, Arifé et Nadia à la conception du banquet d'ouverture de saison 2023/2024 du Théâtre National de Strasbourg.
Rabab
Elle a participé au Refugee Food Festival 2023.
Rabab travaille désormais au restaurant Damasquino avec Hussam.

INFORMATION AND
RECRUITMENT
The cooks we support come from migration (refugees, beneficiaries
subsidiary protection or holders of a residence card) and far from employment,
without distinction of gender, age or origin.
The main criterion for a cook to join the project is their motivation.
To integrate the support, only an appetite for cooking accompanied by a project for the future in the catering industry and the desire to enter professionallyin this field are necessary, holding a diploma and experience inthis sector is not essential. No language prerequisites are required to join the support.
